My Bodum pebo stove top coffee maker yields a fantastic pot a third of the time. This was one of those other times where the coffee doesn’t make it back down and I end up jury rigging a solution to save the batch.

Is this similar to a Chemex? I’ve been doing French press and pour overs since forever but I’ve never seen this!
Yes it is but without a filter and admittedly not as good. ????
