Just finished listening to George Orwell’s 1984 (2023) and was impressed by the voice acting and pacing. The last two chapters always haunted me when I read it years ago and these recordings delivered a similar effect. Andrew Garfield and Cynthia Erivo are fantastic. The production also features Tom Hardy and Andrew Scott.
