Visiting the cardiologist’s office with my father in law and they offer free coffee and tea sans caffeine. Despite my no decaf lifestyle and dislike for pods and styrofoam cups after a hour and a half drive I made an exception. ????

Automattic buys Tumblr
It was only a few years ago Tumblr was worth $1.3 billion and rumors say Automattic will acquire it for as little as $3 million. I used it for a few years from maybe 2009 through 2014. I closed the account soon after Yahoo acquired it.
I’ve found social media platforms to be increasingly worrying as they’ve started to double down on trackers. Which is why I comment and syndicate my thoughts out rather than share them natively to whatever platform I’m using.
