Ubuntu 18.04 + Unity 8
I got tired of GNOME’s workflow and decided replace it in favor of Ubuntu’s former Unity desktop.
I kinda got fed up with the poorly utilized top bar area of GNOME and decided to remove it in favor of Ubuntu’s former Unity desktop. To get it work properly I had to make sure GNOME was completely removed removed from my system as they share some settings. I also installed the proper Ambiance and Radiance themes were installed. I also reinstalled lightdm and removed gdm for my log in screen.

Twitter Sunday
I was on Twitter for like 5 minutes
So, I might have spent a few minutes on Twitter this evening. A crazy man was yelling at Iran in all caps while a Forbes contributor claimed public libraries are a waste of tax dollars.
I’m going to keep my distance from Twitter and hope educated minds prevail.
